The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) is streamlining its corporate structure. As part of continued efforts to improve operations, four departments, rather than ten, will oversee the Regional District. 

“Customer service remains a key priority at the Regional District,” said Jim Zaffino, RDOS Chief Administrative Officer. “Delivering high-quality services in a timely manner is an important part of one region working together.” 

The new corporate structure will enable staff to work more collaboratively and to enhance the efficiencies the RDOS is striving to achieve.
