The Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen (RDOS) has released the Regional Recreation Guide for the winter season, January to March 2024. The guide features a wide range of events and programs in the RDOS, including fitness, drop-in, art, dance, Regional Valentine’s Day and Family Day events, as well as the Similkameen Ice Rink schedule. Registration opened Thursday, December 7, 2023.  

Residents can create an account online using the RDOS Recreation Software to register for programs and to book sports courts, parks and facilities. 

Winter is the season to enjoy the snow and get outdoors. The RDOS has many options to help you and your family stay active, including snowshoe rentals. Email rdosrec@rdos.bc.ca or call 250-490-4114, ext. 3, to reserve.
