The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will be holding an Electronic Public Information Meeting regarding proposed amendments to the Environmentally Sensitive Development Permit (ESDP) Area, as follows:

• The purpose of the amendments is to apply ESDPs only to subdivision applications and to introduce new policies related to the assessment of subdivision applications in an ESDP Area.  NOTE: the ESDP designation currently applies to subdivisions and building permit applications as well as land disturbances.

  Regional District staff will be available to answer any questions residents may have regarding these bylaw changes, and to also receive written submissions.
