PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING 2531 Coalmont Road, Electoral Area “H” Zoning/OCP Amendment Bylaws

Description:

Zoning and OCP amendments are being sought in order to facilitate a subdivision in the form of a boundary adjustment between 2531 Colmont Road and 2567 Coalmont Road

Amendment Bylaw No. 2497.17, 2025, proposes to amend Schedule ‘B’ (OCP Map) of the Electoral Area “H” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2497, 2012, by changing the land use designation of the property from Small Holdings (SH) to Low Density Residential (LR).

Amendment Bylaw No. 3065.01, 2025, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Electoral Area “H” Zoning Bylaw No. 3065, 2024, by changing the land use designation of the property from Small Holdings Two (SH2) to Low Density Residential One (RS1).
