The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to permit allow a vacation rental use on the subject property for one full season (April – September) to expire on December 31, 2025.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 4395 Mill Road (legally described as Lot 4, Plan KAP3889, District Lot 211, SDYD).
