Note: The proposal under application was amended by the agent on 2021-08-23, 2021-09-22, and 2021-10-12. The draft permit was amended by RDOS staff on 2021-12-07 to reflect the changes to the zoning of the property which resulted from the Board’s adoption of Amendment Bylaw No. 2892, 2021 on December 2, 2021. The draft permit was further amended on 2022-01-19 to correct the rear parcel line setback variance measurement (by measuring to the outermost projection as opposed to the rear building wall) and to include updated fencing and window glazing plans.
