Official Community Plan and zoning bylaw amendments are being sought in order to facilitate a two (2) lot subdivision.

Amendment Bylaw No. 2452.25, 2024, proposes to amend Schedule ‘B’ (OCP Map) of the Electoral Area “C” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2452, 2008, by changing the land use designation of a 2.76 hectare portion of the property from  Resource Area (RA) to Small Holdings (SH).

Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.48, 2024, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, by changing the land use designation of the property from Resource Area (RA) to Small Holdings Four (SH4).

The applicant and Regional District staff will be available to answer any questions residents may have regarding this application, and to also receive written submissions.
