The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to permit the construction of an accessory building prior to the construction of a primary dwelling on the subject property for a period of up to three years, to expire on October 3, 2027.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 680 Wilson Mountain Road (legally described as Lot 1, Plan KAP79573, District Lot SDYD, SDYD).
