In accordance with Section 467 of the Local Government Act,please be advised that the Regional District Board will be considering 1^st reading of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.40, 2024 at its meeting of September 5, 2024.

The amendment is being sought in order to allow an 18-unit townhouse development.

  Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.40, 2022, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, from part Low Density Residential One (RS1) and part Low Density Residential Duplex (RD1) to Medium Density Residential One (RM1).

NOTE: in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act, a public hearing cannot be held in relation to this amendment bylaw.
