Zoning Amendment Bylaw

The amendment is being sought in order to facilitate the development of a composting operation and a public works and maintenance yard, including accessory buildings and structures

  Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.24, 2023, proposes to amend Schedule ‘2’ (Zoning Map) of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, from Resource Area (RA) to Resource Area Site Specific (RAs).
