The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to permit allow for a vacation rental use on the subject property for a period of one year, to expire on December 31, 2026. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 3285 Lyons Road (legally described as Lot A, Plan KAP54932, District Lot 266, SDYD).
