The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to permit the use of vacation rental on the subject property for a period of up to six months, to expire on December 31, 2025.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 2505 Kettle Ridge Way (legally described as Lot 28, Plan EPP88322, District Lot 207, SDYD).

Copies of the draft permit and supporting information can be inspected at the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen office at 101 Martin Street, Penticton, BC, on weekdays (excluding statutory holidays) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Should you wish to submit comments regarding this proposal, the Regional District requires that they be submitted not later than March 27, 2025 in one of the following ways:
