The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to permit the use of vacation rental on the subject property for a period of up to six months, to expire on December 31, 2025. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 2505 Kettle Ridge Way (legally described as Lot 28, Plan EPP88322, District Lot 207, SDYD).
