Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 108 Missezula Lake Road (legally described as Lot 16, Plan KAP29782, District Lot 1909, KDYD).
