Temporary Use Permit (TUP)

The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to permit the residential use of a recreational vehicle on the subject property for a period of up to three years, to expire on June 13, 2027.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 5622 Sawmill Road (legally described as Lot 1, Plan KAP4172, District Lot 2450S, SDYD).

Copies of the draft permit and supporting information can be inspected at the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen office at 101 Martin Street, Penticton, BC, on weekdays (excluding statutory holidays) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
