Background
Following the adoption of the Okanagan Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 2800, 2022, on April 21, 2022, the Regional District has identified a number of textual issues through the day-to-day use of the bylaw that require correction. The Okanagan Valley Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2800.25, 2023, proposes to address these.
