The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to re-issue an existing permit for a vacation rental use on the subject property for a period of up to three years, to expire on November 7, 2027. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 3260 McKay Road (legally described as Lot 2, Plan KAP52397, District Lot 210, SDYD). Adjacent property owners were previously notified of this application and provided a fifteen (15) working day period to submit written feedback, with a deadline of October 9, 2024.
