The Temporary Use Permit is being sought in order to re-issue an existing permit for a vacation rental use on the subject property for a period of up to three years, to expire on November 7, 2027.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 493 of the Local Government Act, the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) will consider an application for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the use described above at 3260 McKay Road (legally described as Lot 2, Plan KAP52397, District Lot 210, SDYD).
