Update to Evacuation ORDERS and ALERTS
The RDOS EOC and the Town of Osoyoos EOC have removed the Evacuation ORDER for most of Osoyoos and areas within the RDOS south of the Town of Osoyoos. These properties remain on Evacuation ALERT due to the Eagle Bluff wildfire.

Welcome Back residents impacted by Eagle Bluff wildfire

Areas remaining on Evacuation ORDER:

  • The Osoyoos Industrial Park in the Town of Osoyoos
  • All properties south of Highway 3 from the Town of Osoyoos boundaries to Nighhawk Road in Electoral Area “B”
  • Parts of Electoral Areas “A” and “B” including the Kilpoola and Spotted Lake areas south of Highway 3

Evacuation ORDER: 192 properties (parts of Electoral Areas “A”, “B” and the Town of Osoyoos)
Evacuation ALERT: 2,635 properties (parts of Electoral Areas “A”, “B”, “C” and the Town of Osoyoos)

Emergency Support Services (ESS) 250-486-1890
If you are on an Evacuation ALERT or ORDER, or if you have been displaced from your home due to an emergency, please self-register for ESS. Evacuee Registration & Assistance (ERA): ess.gov.bc.ca 

The ESS Reception Centre in Oliver is closed on Monday, July 31, 2023. Residents under an Evacuation ORDER can call 250-486-1890 to be linked to ESS supports.
