Strategic Directions
Strategic planning is a tool used to define and guide an organization’s corporate policy, approach and decision-making processes and to allocate resources for pursuing the plan, including its capital and people.
The Regional Board and the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen use this planning model to rank strategic corporate priorities for the upcoming year; remainder of the term; and; foreseeable future.
