Take Yard and Wood waste to your local landfill.

Yard waste includes tree and hedge prunings, garden plants, pine needles and cones, windfall fruit, grass clippings and leaves. Wood waste includes all clean lumber or wooden items that have not been pressure treated or covered in creosote. This organic material is chipped into fine pieces and added to local composting operations.

Make sure to separate yard and wood waste from garbage. 'Mixed' loads containing yard and wood waste and garbage will be charged the standard rate for garbage. In accordance with local bylaws, all loads must be covered so please take care and keep our community clean.
